Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Do I need a registered business to buy from Shivalay?
Yes, Shivalay is a trade-only wholesale supplier. You'll need to be a registered business — a retailer, reseller, market trader, or online seller — to open a trade account with us.
How long does it take to set up a trade account?
Most trade accounts are approved within 1–2 business days. Simply fill in our contact form with your business details and we'll get back to you promptly.

How does wholesale pricing work?
We offer tiered wholesale pricing — the more you order, the better the unit price. Once you have a trade account, you'll receive our full price list. Volume discounts are available for large or recurring orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (BACS), credit/debit card, and for established trade accounts, we can discuss credit terms. Contact us to find out what's available for your account.
Do you offer credit terms?
Credit terms may be available for established trade customers with a good order history. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis — speak to your account manager for more information.
Shipping & Delivery
How quickly are orders despatched?
Most orders are picked, packed, and despatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Larger bulk orders may require additional lead time — we'll always communicate timelines clearly.
Do you ship nationally or internationally?
We currently ship nationwide across the UK. International wholesale shipping may be available for large orders — please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery charges depend on order size and destination. Orders above a certain value may qualify for free delivery. Your account manager will confirm shipping costs when you place your order.
